The team of CareForce Elite is led by Managing Partner, Lori Porter who has more than 40 years in long term health care. She is also cofounder and CEO of the National Association of Health Care Assistants (NAHCA). Ms. Porter is known as a leading expert on staff development and motivating individuals to achieve more than they thought possible in the world of senior care. She started her long term care career in 1980 as a dietary aide, reluctantly became a CNA where she discovered the power and influence caregivers have on patient/resident’s lives. In her career she became a nursing home administrator, a regional director of operations over 10 skilled centers before cofounding NAHCA in 1995.
Lisa Sweet, RN serves as leadership development coach and education development for nursing directors, staff nurses and CNAs and caregivers. She has more then 35 years in long term care. She was a CNA, LPN, RN, DON and Medicare Consultant before cofounding the National Association of Health Care Assistants in 1995. Lisa created a show titled CNA Heroes which airs weekly on CNA TV. She is a master coach at all levels of staff. She is highly effective in helping people meet and exceed expectations. Lisa has devoted the past 25 years to the development and support of nurses and nursing assistants.
Matthew Cantrell, Chief Operations Officer oversees the daily operations, client experience and quality service. He leads the team of coaches servicing OUR COACH clients. Matt is a former nursing home administrator and understands empowering individuals with the tools and resources needed to lead in their current and future roles. He is a former award winner in both staff retention and satisfaction. His ability to lead, motivate and inspire ensures CFE’s team of Coach’s has the best resources to service their clients. Matt has dedicated his future in long term care to developing people. He is a master at onboarding and employee experience.
Drake Taylor, Director of Field Service where he is active in developing CNAs into master preceptors and leaders dedicated to reducing turnover. Drake is a certified nursing assistant, dementia care certified and a former staff development coordinator in senior housing. Drake is a member of CFE’s staffing diagnostic team and heads the solutions implementation in our client centers.
